What will you do?

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting new talent. You know exactly where to find the right candidates and how to get them excited about joining Endeavour.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and publishing job vacancies
• Actively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other channels
• Conducting introductory and job interviews
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Collaborating with hiring managers to find the right match

Who are you?

You are a strong communicator, sociable, and have a good sense of people. You switch easily between different situations and know how to attract and convince talented candidates.

In addition:

• You have an HBO level of working and thinking
• You have experience in recruitment or are eager to learn
• You are commercially minded and results-oriented
• You work in a structured way and know how to keep an overview
• You are proactive and take initiative
• An affinity with the digital sector is a plus
